How To Use
1. Clean your skin: THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP.
Gently clean your chest area with mild soap and water to remove body oil and residue from skin. Dry your skin with a soft towel. DO NOT USE powders, moisturizers, oil, or fragrances anywhere near the chest area you want to cover prior to applying the Chest-A-Peel pillow-pad.
2. Place on your chest
Stand in front of the mirror or lay down and use your predominant hand, bend the pillow-pad gently inward, cushion is facing palm, creating a slight vertical centerline. This process should only take a few seconds. Pillow-pad should be secured at the widest edges with fingertips. Try not to touch the adhesive.

Place the vertical curved centerline of the pad (adhesive side toward skin) to the center of the chest or area to be corrected. The bottom of the Heart should rest comfortably above the breasts not between them tightly. Pillow-pad may rest comfortably at the base of the neck. After the adhesive is secured to the skin's centerline, release and allow the pad to open back to its original shape. Press firmly in place with gentle pressure from the fingertips outward to the edges. Secure the pillow-pad in place by pressing firmly in the center of the unit with your palm.

Helpful hint: Hold you shoulders back and arms backwards, expanding the chest area to open existing wrinkles.
