	CLEAN AFTER EACH USE. Always wash the pillow-pad after each use. Remove any body oil or other residues that may clog the adhesive surface. DO NOT machine wash or dry. 1. Hold the pillow-pad in your palm. Hold the Chest-A-Peel pillow-pad in the palm of your hand, wetting the adhesive surface with warm water and mild liquid soap. Gently create a circular motion to clean using the palm of your other hand. Do not use your fingernails as this can cause a tear in the adhesive. 2. Rinse with warm water. Rinse with warm water to remove all soap residue. Shake off excess water and place into the original companion cover to air dry. Do not use a towel to dry. When comopletely dry, close the container preventing dust and lint from gathering on the adhesive. DO NOT USE A TOWEL or place the adhesive side against clothing, as the lint will gradually clog the adhesive. If something does get onto the adhesive, carefully pick them up with your fingers. Try to avoid clothing that sheds fibers easily. DO NOT USE A BRUSH OR FINGERNAIL or any object to clean the surface. This will cause permanent damage to the adhesive. DO NOT CLEAN WITH ALCOHOL, BLEACH or any cleaning solutions. All you need is warm water and soap. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE THE ADHESIVE or you risk damaging the product. KEEP SHARP OBJECTS AWAY from your pillow-pad. If you puncture your the Chest-A-Peel pillow-pad by accident, use an adhesive-like bandage to prevent further split. Older skin may not have the same results as younger skin or effects may not be as dramatic after the first use, but signs of improvement should occur. Results may vary. This product cannot help age spots; however, it will exfoliate the skin slightly after each use. Great care had been taken in bringing a safe product to the market. The patented adhesive has been tested successfully on many types of skin and on ages ranging from 22 to 62 years old. Do not use if your skin is sensitive to being covered for extended periods of time. Some people have reported night sweats or slight itching. If the product becomes too uncomfortable, discontinue use. Follow the application instructions and keep your product clean!
